Shipping policy

We ship internationally via DHL Express, tracked and signed on every order.

• UK: £10 flat rate — free on orders over £200. 
• Rest of the World: £35 flat rate — free on orders over £800. Import VAT or duties, if applicable, are collected by the courier on delivery and aren't included in your order total.

Any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid upon delivery. We are not responsible for customs charges, which vary by country.

We do not accept returns on any international orders.

Any parcels returned due to non-payment of customs fees will be subject to an administrative charge of 100£. We will also deduct the cost of our website card processing fees, original shipping, and shipment insurance from your refund.

Every bag is insured in transit for its full declared value. If anything arrives damaged, or doesn't arrive, let us know by email within 48 hours and we'll sort it.
